Shipping
We aim to ship your order within 2 days of receiving it.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the shipping details via email. If you do not receive your shipping information within 2 days, please contact us at contact@hike-room.com.
- Spain : Peninsula 1-2 days, Islands 2-4 days (Correos Express)
- Europe : 3-4 days (UPS Standard)
- UK : 4-5 days (UPS Standard)
- USA & Canada : 5-7 days (UPS Express)
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to other regions.
Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping location.
Custom Duties
Please note that customs duties are not covered by us. If you’re ordering from outside of Europe, we kindly ask you to check your local customs rates before placing your order.
Return
If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered for any reason, you can request a return within 15 days of ordering. Currently we are not covering for shipping costs for returns and customers must pay them individually.
We are based in Spain, please send it to our address via postal service your preferred and we will verify the item and issue you a refund.

To ensure that all refund procedures run smoothly, please make sure that the conditions below are met.
- Item must be sent within 15 days of receipt.
- All returned products must not have any damage. (Including tag, packaging, etc.)
- Please put them in an outer box to prevent them from being damaged.
- We do not cover refund shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged products. We recommend you to select a safe delivery company that provide tracking number.
- If you are shipping a refund outside of Spain, please write “Refund Product” clearly on the outside of the box. This is to prevent unexpected tax charging or customs clearance procedures.
